Founded in 2001, Highpull provides TETRA technical services to public safety customers in Taiwan. Its references include the first TETRA network in Taiwan, built for the Taiwan Coast Guard Administration in 2002. Nowadays focus on military solutions and services.

Highpull professional services include network planning, base station location, installation & maintenance, and TETRA applications. (Customized accessories are also available/ Also available are customer-specific accessories), including a desktop box for TMR880(i), earphones, carrying cases, and customized devices. Highpull has been an Airbus partner since 2001.
